Some RSS Goodies
June 12th, 2006There have been some interesting RSS resources that Aggie has delivered lately. Here’s a bit of a rundown:
+ Michael Sauers lectured about RSS and one of the attendees, who works at the Colorado Talking Book Library, was inspired. He created a text and podcast feed for their quarterly newsletters. Behold, the power of “presentation”. ![]()
+ Peter Scott mentions that the ACLU has a bunch of feeds. New to me.
+ The New York State Education Department has two feeds, one for news and the other from the Office of the Professions.
+ Check out what the library at the University of Alabama has done. They have feeds sorted by LOC, NLM, and SOD. Everybody now. Suweeeeet! Oh, and a tutorial on how to add the feeds to their campus personalization start pages. Bonus! 100 points for UAL.
