I was trying out the new video search from Podzinger this afternoon and I had one of those “duh” moments. After running a search for PubSub, I realized that this is a new form of competitive intellgence that librarians should be using when tracking trends, companies, and competitors for their users. Throw your company name in and listen to the results.
