The library weblog dedicated to resources for keeping current and professional development

Alternative Teen Services Blog

February 15th, 2006

You pro “L2″ folk will love this blog which has been around for a few months:

Alternative Teen Services Blog - “This Blog is updated by two librarians who work with teens. It includes viewpoints about serving teens, as well as day-to-day commentary on what the librarians are learning and experiencing.”

Today, they’ve listed libraries that have teen centered Web 2.0 apps, including the lone blog that I know of from Nassau, the next county over from mine.

I’m going to subscribe to this blog because the topic of new apps in libraries are still very interesting to me. I’m also going to add Stephanie Iser to my aggregator (she’s one of the bloggers at YAlibrarian.com) because I looked at a couple of her posts and they intrgued me.

I’m so happy to be reading different library blogs. The usual suspects are boring me a bit (that includes mine - yes, I bore myself sometimes).
