Open Q&A Sessions On the Web

November 7th, 2005

In June 2003, I mentioned a resource called Wondir, where anyone can ask a question in the hope that anybody who reads it will answer. No logins necessary. In July of this year, I took a quick look at Just Curious, another open Q&A service.

Today, Aggie sent me two more that are similar as well (which means one thing - I smell an article).

+ Say-So is a bit different in that the one who asks the question provides choices for those who answer and there is a place for comments. As an example, take a look at Is Digg better than slashdot. Notice the RSS feeds so that one can keep up with the question being asked.

+ Brain Reactions is yet a fourth open Q&A tool that has RSS capabilities as well. Brain Reactions goes one step further in that you an invite people you know to help you out with an issue and then the answers (advice?) can be ranked.
