ITI Continues to Get it
March 9th, 2005For the first time, Information Today (the company that publishes my blog) will be blogging their own conference next week at CIL:
“Our insider’s view means we’ll not only cover what’s happening at the conference, but we can also give you some background notes, tell you about things in advance, and remind you of special events. We might even preview the food that will be at the Welcome Reception on Wednesday night! And we’ll post interviews and comments from our speakers as well as coverage of keynotes, sessions, and the buzz around the exhibit hall.”
Next week will be a very exciting time for bloggers. We’ll hopefully be more in the forefront of the conference and not seen as “those wacky guys and girls in the back with the laptops” (my words - nobody ever said that). I’ll repeat what I said at CIL last year: This is a COMPUTERS in libraries conference, right?
