Why I Love My Wife - Reason Number 1327

When I arrived home from work today, she mentioned that she went to the PubSub site and created a feed for Bare Essentials, her new favorite cosmetic. I asked her if she used quotes around her query and she said the she hadn’t. I told her that her results would be awful because PubSub uses a default “or” in their query syntax. “Aha,” she exclaimed.

I then asked her the million dollar question. What aggregator is she using to keep up with her feed? “Huh?” she asked.

I have a bit more educating to do around this house. Hey, at least she was a bit interested in my work (I still think that it’s incredible that working with RSS is now part of my job).
