Gary mentions that users can now get updates from the U.S. Department of Labor via e-mail. Why not RSS? The Department of Education sends out all of there new releases in RSS and E-mail. Starting to offer updates at this late stage in the game without an RSS feed is unbearable. It’s like having $19 in your checking account and your ATM card in your hand.
