A Blogging magazine!

Would a Blogging Magazine fly in this specific age of technology? I definitely need to read more on the project, but it would seem to me that a print publication (which is only one of the ideas that they are throwing around) might work. I like that they are truly working out any details, bringing it up for public comment, and have a blog for the project. Would you read a magazine on blogging? More importantly, would your library subscribe to it? (link via The BlogFather)
