Click The News

Click The News - “gathers for you the latest news headlines from your favorite web sites and presents them in an easy to read virtual newspaper. Designed for ease of use and efficiency, it integrates nicely to your daily web surfing habits.”

I just downloaded this aggregator. Basically, you add the feeds you want to read in a control panel. Once you do this, you can then run the aggregator, which runs in your browser and displays the feeds in newspaper format. You can import or export OPML and there some advanced options. Also, after the user views their feeds, they are automatically deleted and do not show up in subsequent aggregator runs. Definitely one to watch. Think of it as a desktop version of Rollup. For those that use only one computer, this may worth using. In the future, I think that if the content can be published online somewhere, this will be more useful. Also, I think the user should have the option of saving posts (as in Bloglines, Radio, and My Feedster). Take a look at a screenshot.

Also, there is a neat tutorial that runs the user through the process after the software is downloaded, which impressed me.
