RSS headline feed agreement

More and more content providers are allowing syndication of feeds only after the user agrees to abide by an agreement. I guess that this was bound to come up sooner or later. I also can’t explain why this makes me feel icky. Is putting a feed into my aggregator equal to me licensing the content? Probably not.

RSS shouldn’t be this complicated…at least I don’t think it should…
